Pikeville Handles Paintsville To Advance In 15th Region Tournament
The Pikeville Panthers advance to the 15th Region semifinals with a 79-59 win over the Paintsville Tigers in the 15th Region Tournament on Thursday at Appalachian Wireless Arena in Pikeville.
Carter Parsons led the Panthers with 25 points. Cole Slone followed with 24 points. Mark Bowling added 12 points.
For Paintsville, Anderson Lauffer and Brock Woods had 15 points each. Preston Slone added 14 points.
Pikeville will now play Martin County in the 15th Region semifinals on Saturday at 8:45 pm.
